If you need a gas spit roasting machine we can deliver one to your venue for an additional charge . Remember it will take one hour per 10kg weight of pork plus one hour to cook. The average weight of pig supplied is about 55kg. This will feed 100-120 of your guests. For this tasty pig, more guests I'm sure can be arranged!
