Pork Patties with Surprise Filling and Pasta

Total Time: 2 hr Makes: 6 servings
2 lb. ground pork
2 tablespoons fennel seeds
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/8 cup cream Cheese of your choice, grated (I used blue cheese or feta cheese)
Olive oil 1 jar sauce (I used olive and garlic sauce)
Mix as you would a meatloaf and shape into patties (thin patties).
I put one patty down and add some cheese on top and take another patty and seal the edges and let them sit to let the flavor go thru. They can me made the day before and covered and placed in the fridge. Brown them in olive oil and then place them in a baking dish. Pour sauce over them and top with cheese. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. To plate them up, I put a patty and sauce over my favorite pasta. This is delicious!
